New World Symphony, January 26 & 27

The Wichita Symphony hosts harpist Yolanda Kondonassis on January 26th and 27th at Century II. The program includes

• George Walker’s Lyric for Strings
• Jennifer Higdon’s Harp Concerto
• Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9, “New World”

Founded in 1944, the Wichita Symphony Orchestra is one of the oldest, most active arts organizations in Kansas. Daniel Hege is the  has served as Music Director and Conductor since 2010.
