AV Project Description

We recently completed a comprehensive audiovisual installation for a high-impact corporate boardroom, designed to deliver a seamless, professional experience for both local presentations and video conferencing. To ensure clear communication regardless of the meeting format, we installed a dual-display configuration at the head of the table, featuring a 98-inch primary screen for presentations and a dedicated 43-inch secondary monitor that keeps remote attendees visible at all times.  To ensure everyone is heard, we installed three strategically placed pendant microphones for full-table voice capture, paired with a dedicated gooseneck microphone at the podium, and six high-performance ceiling speakers that provide balanced, crystal-clear audio throughout the space. To elevate visual engagement, we integrated a secondary camera dedicated to the podium, allowing users to switch between angles effortlessly, all managed through a centralized 10-inch touchscreen interface. This intuitive control system allows users to manage everything from input selection and meeting modes with just a few taps. By housing all technical hardware in a custom cabinet rack, we ensured that the room maintains a sleek, professional aesthetic.
